Redeem a discount code

> Web only: Discount codes are redeemed in the web app.

A discount code lowers the price of a Make Harmony subscription. You can redeem a code on a group subscription or on an individual subscription.

Redeeming a discount code on a group subscription

1. Sign in at https://app.makeharmony.com.
2. Open your group in My library.
3. Go to the Subscriptions tab.
4. Click Redeem discount code.
5. Enter the code and click Redeem.

The plan price will update to reflect the discount immediately.

Redeeming a discount code on an individual subscription

1. Sign in at https://app.makeharmony.com.
2. Go to Profile in the navigation.
3. Select the Subscriptions tab.
4. Click Manage on your active subscription.
5. Click Redeem discount code, enter the code, and click Redeem.

You can also apply a code when buying a new subscription:

1. On the plans page, click Do you have a discount code?
2. Enter the code and press Enter or click the apply button.
3. The plan price updates before you complete the purchase.

The discount code isn't working

• Check that you have entered the code exactly as provided — codes are case-sensitive.
• Codes are specific to a subscription type (individual or group) — make sure you are applying it in the right place.
• Codes may have an expiry date or usage limit. If you believe your code should still be valid, contact whoever gave you the code, or email support@makeharmony.com.
